Strategic Partnership - What are the investment costs?
2 days of time every month for specific diagnostic and/or intervention work as agreed, plus unlimited email, calls & texts, free diagnosis, reporting, monitoring and access to OD research, models, frameworks & tools.
Bi-annually
2 payments of £30,000 made in month 1 and month 7 of the partnership agreement.
Any additional support needed to be sought for your organisation can then be contracted for additionally.
Annually
Organisations who choose to pay for their partnership support annually access a 20% reduction in their overall partnership costs - £48,000 instead of £60,000 (equivalent to £1000 discount per month).
Annual payments must be made in month 1 of the partnership agreement in order for clients to be in receipt of the 20% reduction.
Any additional support needed to be sought for your organisation can then be contracted for additionally.
