Most organisations have a culture of dependency present when we begin to work with them, i.e. : “I need you as an organisational leader to decide and tell me about most things that I’m required to do”
Through the change process, as we invite and encourage, a culture of independency begins to develop, starting with the leaders within the organisation, i.e. : “As a leader, I’m starting to be curious, about myself and with others – engaging, listening and inviting them to contribute more”
Through the change and development process, the organisation adopts a culture of interdependency, where individuals, teams and separate sections of the organisation can all work effectively, productively and in relationship to one another, i.e.: “ Our leadership is distributive, trusting our people to be self-responsible, develop, innovate and perform - this becomes the way we do things around here”
